What is Paskoclave?

Paskoclave 2025 is a special installment of Pinoyclave, a fandom-driven celebration by and for the Filipino community of the Conclave fandom. Inspired by the beloved tradition of Simbang Gabi and the warmth of Filipino Christmas, this 10-day fan event invites fans to come together and create works that shed light on the joy, color, and spirit of Pasko.Paskoclave is both a celebration and a space of solidarity, where fans uplift one another, share their works, and reimagine Conclave through the lens of Filipino culture. Therefore, this event continues Pinoyclave Hive’s mission: to celebrate kasamahan (fandom), kultura (culture), and komunidad (community)..

When is Paskoclave?

Paskoclave is happening on December 16 to December 25, 2025.Unlike the previous week-long Pinoyclave Week, Paskoclave extends over 10 full days, which is a reference to the nine nights of Simbang Gabi (Misa de Gallo) that lead up to Christmas Eve, culminating in a joyous Noche Buena, and finally—the tenth day—Christmas!.

Who can join Paskoclave?

Anyone who is a fan of Conclave can participate in Paskoclave! This event is not limited to Filipino Conclave fans only.However, we are asking everyone to be mindful in their portrayal of Filipino culture, especially for those who may be unfamiliar with it.The moderators are more than willing to assist Paskoclave participants in their research, as well as in other related matters..

Paskoclave is a celebration of fanworks that showcase the beauty of Filipino Christmas culture. We encourage everyone to create to their heart’s content—whether through art, writing, or edits—as long as the work is based on or inspired by the given prompt of the day. The prompt list is released well before the event to give participants time to prepare their entries, so that when the celebration begins, everyone can freely join in on the holiday fun!.WHAT KIND OF FANWORKS ARE ACCEPTED?

A: Yes! Feel free to post as many entries for the same prompt/day as you’d like!Q: Can we submit or promote old works?
A: Generally, we prefer fresh creations made specifically for the event, but you may rework or polish older drafts and ideas, as long as they haven’t been publicly posted before and fit the theme or prompt.Q: Are OCs (original characters) and yumeships allowed?
A: Absolutely! OCs and yumesonas are very welcome, as long as they exist within the Conclave universe or fanon. We love seeing new interpretations of the world. Just remember to tag your works properly and respect everyone’s boundaries and preferences.Q: Can I collaborate with another participant on an entry?

This event is open exclusively to Filipino fans of Conclave (2016) and the Conclave (2024).To join, simply fill out the Google Forms!Participants will be randomly matched with another user to create a gift for and receive a gift from, based on the wishlists they provide..
GENERAL GUIDELINES!
✶ Each participant will create and receive one (1) gift only.✶ Your wishlist may include up to three (3) choices for your assigned Secret Santa to choose from.✶ You may specify whether you would like to create and receive a visual or a written work.✶ If your first wishlist choice is a visual work, your remaining two choices must also be visual-based. This also applies to written works.✶ This is a wholesome activity, and therefore NSFW requests are not allowed..
FOR ART GIFTS!
✶ Limited to a single-page, one-panel static illustration.✶ The Secret Santa may freely choose the medium (digital or traditional) and whether the artwork is colored or rendered..
